The Block D has always stood for sustainable and unfailing quality – the same way further development is anchored in its DNA. Generation 5 continues the tried and tested and incorporates new innovations. The Block D is constructed entirely of stainless steel and features solid material thicknesses that are second to none. Made in Germany and implemented with great attention to detail, as always.​

It features a powerful roasting zone and a large main barbecuing area. The Block D effortlessly accomplishes all types of grilling, both with direct and indirect heat, as well as low & slow. 16.2 kW peak power and perfect controllability, allow temperatures ranging from 75°C (completely indirect) to 900°C (directly above the roasting burner).

Flammkraft’s burner concept makes the Block D with its standard cast stainless steel grates the very definition of barbecuing. The versatility of the burners allows extensive, perfectly adapted accessories to be used. The burner concept provides optimum firing for the OfenDock of the Flammkraft Block D.

The Block D (Gen. 5) is the result of the consistent further development of the successful Block series.

COLOURS

Flammkraft grills are unwavering in their design and unique in their functionality.​ With Block D (Gen. 5), you can choose between the seven exclusive colour variants.​

The deep matt shades are supported by a stainless steel substructure. As a result, these timeless classics remain visually beautiful, and not just on the surface.​

Maximum roasting burner output​

The surface of the roasting burner of the Block D (Gen. 5) measures a whopping 16 x 22 cm and delivers a maximum output of 5.4 kW.

This allows you to roast several large pieces of meat at the same time. The teppanyaki plate and wok function optimally thanks to the grill’s power and large surface area. The entire roasting burner unit can be removed without tools for easy cleaning.

The burner control allows roasting at maximum power or for use as a booster heater when baking pizzas. It is also capable of firing the main grill area in the indirect low & slow mode from 75°C to 110°C.

Technology in the hood​

The hood of the Block D (Gen. 5) not only looks great, it also excels with its inner workings.​

The hood is fully double-walled and the top is completely insulated. This makes the heat-up especially fast. The temperature is kept very constant and grilling with the hood closed is perfectly designed for this purpose.​

Likewise, the roasting burner can be used with the hood of the Block D (Gen. 5) closed without a problem.

Cleaning concept​

To make cleaning as easy as possible, the Block D (Gen. 5) has a convenient drawer for removing its waste collection system.​

All burners can also be removed and reinserted with just one screw.

As Flammkraft’s burner concept does not require any cover plates to be placed over the burners, as is the case with conventional gas barbecues, cleaning becomes extremely easy.​

The Flammkraft burner concept is therefore not only vastly superior when barbecuing, but also in the clean up that comes after.​

Accessories

We also offer an attractive range of accessories for the Block D (Gen. 5).​

A wide range of options, from the wok to the pizza stone, teppanyaki plate and rotisserie, further extend the capabilities of the Block D.​

These accessories are compatible when used together, the wok, for example, can be used at the same time as the rotating spit. The folding grate of the OfenDock allows for optimum access to the wok while the OfenDock continues to be in use on the main grilling surface. The rotating spit continues to run in parallel.​

These combinations offer limitless creativity when it comes to barbecuing.

Storage space​

The gas bottle is concealed in the substructure. Also, specially made holders allow for the safe storage of all your accessories.​

The long rotating spit, for example, fits neatly behind the standard storage box, which houses additional accessories and can be used for soaking during cleaning.

Holders for the side shelves and a spacious shelf that can also accommodate hot objects round off the well thought-out substructure.

Built-in compatible​

The grill module of the Block D (Gen. 5) can be disconnected from the substructure and easily reconnected. A strong 4-point screw connection secures the module.​

The screw connection can be loosened and fastened again in no time. This allows our professional customers to transport and use them on the move more easily.​

What’s more, Block D (Gen. 5) offers you full flexibility if you want to construct your own individual outdoor kitchen at a later date.​

From a technical point of view, the grill module is equal to the built-in version and is therefore 100% compatible for use in an outdoor kitchen.​

Integrated wind deflector​

Block D (Gen. 5) further minimises the gas grill’s typical susceptibility to wind. The infrared burner concept from Flammkraft already offers great advantages over conventional models.​

The integrated wind deflector reduces outside influences even further and can be easily removed if required.

The appearance on the reverse side perfectly rounds off the design.
