Maximum Power

The Block R delivers maximum power in the smallest space of your outdoor kitchen. The Flammkraft wok burner delivers 17 kW of power, allowing for wok cooking at the highest level.

But the Block R isn’t just about full throttle: An additional built-in simmer burner with 1.2 kW of power allows for gentle simmering and keeping food warm. Thanks to the low-positioned burner, the flame is well protected from the wind. The burner cover shields it from rain and weather influences and, when retracted, aligns perfectly with the 4 mm stainless steel worktop. This creates a usable surface area of 70 x 53 cm.

In addition to the included 38 cm steel wok, the pan attachment allows fireproof pots and pans to be used on the Block R as well.

Like the Flammkraft grills, the Block R is available both as a freestanding unit and as a built-in version for outdoor kitchens. As with all Flammkraft products, the Block R impresses with easy maintenance and cleaning – all without tools.

Thanks to its burner concept, the Block R offers flexible usage options and perfectly complements any outdoor kitchen. With its modular principle, it visually and technically extends the Flammkraft block series. The Block R is also available in all seven exclusive Flammkraft colors.

The Block R offers intense heat with its 17 kW burner for exciting wok experiences. Its impressive power ensures perfect searing and ultra-fast cooking – just like in professional Asian kitchens. Thanks to adjustable and consistent heat, stir-frying, steaming, or deep-frying is effortless. The rich flavors turn every meal into a culinary highlight!

STRONG EVEN AT LOW SETTINGS

In addition to strong wok performance, the burner concept features an extra simmer function. The simmer flame provides about 1.2 kW of power, making it perfect for keeping dishes warm and gently simmering at low heat.

Thanks to the low burner position, the flame is well shielded from wind and remains unaffected even in breezy conditions.

PROTECTED FROM RAIN

When not in use, the burner retracts and is covered. This protects it from rain and other weather conditions, keeping it safe from moisture and humidity. When retracted, the burner unit is fully hidden and the cover blends seamlessly into the 4 mm stainless steel surface. This creates either extra workspace or a clean and tidy look.
